I am an experienced systems engineer and software engineering director. I have greatly enjoyed researching, developing, and optimizing systems into impressive software for others to enjoy. Historically, my work has been in the realm of entertainment and therefore focused on rendering systems, game engines, GPUs, and Linux.

While job hunting, I've started helping some previous co-workers on architecture and prototyping electronic circuits for their sci-fi cooking hardware idea. I've also had the time to experiment with my home lab's networking, security, and containerization systems to demystify technology which has been increasingly essential.

Outside of technology, I enjoy surround sound music, nature, toki pona (world's 2nd most popular constructed language), the many ways to brew coffee, cook bread, and mix all kinds of flavorful cocktails.
